- At the end of this course, students should be able to: Better understand rudiments of mechanics and molecular physics and perform simple teaching experiments.

- Fundamental laws of newtonian mechanics, Newton's first law: law of inertia Newton's second law: law of acceleration, Newton's third law: law of reciprocal actions
- Dry friction, static friction, kinetics friction, angle of friction, fluid friction, triboelectric effect, rolling resistance
- Work and mechanical energy
- Elasticity, Hooke's law, strength, stress–strain curve, strengthening mechanisms of materials
- Fluid mechanics, Bernoulli's principle, Magnus effect, Coriolis force, (is direction in which water in the wash basin swirl turn related to the rotation of the earth?)
