- Course objectives
- The goals of the lecture are to get to students the knowledge from separation methods in biochemistry and molecular biology, which are used for macromolecules purification (proteins, nucleic acids). A content of the first part includes electromigration methods. Second part is oriented onto chromatography methods and third part is dedicated in Field Flow Fractionation, Supercritical Fluid Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry.

- The two-hour lectures will be given by internal or external specialist in the respective areas.
- Assessment methods
- The final exam is in the form of written test, which contains questions from the presented lectures. The time for the test is one hour, the grade are A to F. Examiner Prof. Janiczek.
