- At the end of the course students should be able to understand and explain of an application of elements, chemical compounds and their mixtures by human population.

- Resources base for chemistry.
- Materials (ceramics, glas, building materials, metallurgic and electro-materials.
- Plastic materials monomer productions, polymerization types, types of plastic material, application.
- Corrosion prevention, metall corrosion,Plastic material ageings, stabilization of plastic materials.
- Fuellings, solid, liquid and gaseous fuelling productions, their application. Lubricants.
- Explosives, general terms, types, application.
- Surfactants, principle of actions, basic types, classificatin, production, application.
