- Methods for image processing Image analysis Thin layer chromatography of photosynthetic pigments and preparation of standards Measurement of root respiration by oxymetric method, analysis of respiratory pathways Isolation of leaf chloroplasts, tests of their activity Advanced methods in measurement of plant gas exchange Measurement of hydraulic resistance of xylem and the degree of xylem integration The effects of toxic compounds on the activity of Hill reaction in chloroplasts Effects of quantity and quality of light on the growth of plants in in vitro cultures Measurements of the rate of photosynthetic processes by oxymetry and fluorometry – comparison of methods Ascorbateperoxidase – determination of activity and the amount of protein Detection of stress due to exposure to toxic compounds using fluorometric methods
