Practical lecture will be carried out on some featured topics of general, inorganic and organic chemistry and biochemistry taught at grammar schools.
- Learning outcomes
- Student has an overview of methods of teaching chemistry; is able to design both content and method of teaching with respect to it´s goal; is able to use didactical devices.
- Syllabus
- Exercised topics: structure of atom; periodic table of elements; chemical bonding; molecular shapes; chemical reaction kinetics; chemical equilibrium; pH; elements of 14. -17. groups; alkanes; alkenes; alkynes; aromatic compounds; alcohols; aldehydes and ketones; organic acids; heterocyclic compounds; synthetic macromolecules; saccharides; lipids; peptides and proteins; enzymes; nucleic acids; metabolism of saccharides, lipids, proteins and nucleic acids; regulation of metabolic processes.
