- Course objectives
- The course is devoted to the fundamental questions of systematic philosophy (especially metaphysics, epistemology, ethics, the philosophy of science and methodology). The possibilities of solving of the individual problems are given in connection with the introducing the most outstanding and influential conceptions and approaches. The focus will be on the explanation of the nature of problems and their reciprocal relations.
- Learning outcomes
- - to introduce the crucial philosophical questions and problems (including the possibilities of solving these and their historical variants); - to understand the individual philosophical terms and conceptions in their broader context; - to develop students` skills of argumentation and critical thinking.
