- Zoology in the system of biological sciences and its subdivision,zoological departmets at the Faculty, the main orientation of research and education activities. Information sources, Czech and Slovak zoological journals, current contents, internet, library services.

- Students will be familiar with the current directions of zoological research and contents of current dissertations.
