- Course objectives
- At the end of the course students should be able to: understand and explain identification of organic compounds on the base of comprehensive UV-VIS, FTIR, H-, C-NMR and MS data.

- At the end of the course students are able to understand and explain identification of organic compounds on the base of comprehensive UV-VIS, FTIR, H-, C-NMR and MS data.
- Syllabus
- Structure and its reflection in the UV-VIS, IR, NMR a MS spektra. Analysis of the unknown organic compound from its UV-VIS, IR, NMR a MS spectra. Prediction of NMR spectral data using chemical software. Final identification of unknown molecule.
