- Course objectives
- The course Master thesis MBG II is designed as a course encouraging students to solve their thesis meeting all the requirements. The course focused on working-out the summary of the theme and going through the advanced molecular methods for genomic and/or proteomic analysis of bacteria, viruses or eucarya. At the end of this course, students should be able to analyze any of the genetic and/or proteinaceous material.
- Learning outcomes
- Student will be able to:
- orientate in basic skills and knowledge in the field of molecular biology and genetics;
- write a coherent text based on the previous study of the relevant literature;
- work in lab - Syllabus
- Meeting the tasks and experiments assigned by supervisor. Running study of science literature to solved problems. Individual consultations during the work on the master thesis.
