- Course objectives
- Students will be informed about main official documents for public administration or contracted by public administration as a basis for declaration or management of nature protected areas in the Czech Republic. They will learn how to write and present biological monitoring or cooperate on EIA orders.
- Learning outcomes
- Student will be able: - to write official documents of the nature protection in Czech Republic - inventarisation survey, management plans and biological studies. They will understand contracting public orders and application proceedings.

- Source materials for establishment and management of nature protected area, important landscape unit or protected tree Management plans for landscape and nature protected areas Botanical and zoological inventarisations Nature Protection and Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Forest management plans Long-term biological monitoring Sources for public orders and application proceedings Land ownership, contracts and owner agreements, support for management of nature protected areas

- lectures, class discussion In case of emergency lectures will be done using MS Teams.
- Assessment methods
- semestral thesis, oral or written exam, three topics must be answered with minimally 60% success rate for the passing of course. In case of emergency (upon the lecturer's decision) the exam can be done by the distant form via MS Teams.
