- Organism and environment, external and internal factors.
- General principles of adaptation of organism, base conceptions, different levels and types of adaptation phenomenona, metodological problems in adaptation experiments.
- Regulation mechanisms of adaptations, humoral regulation and regulation by mediation of the nervous system.
- Adaptation on the principal factors of environment - temperature, nutrition, contents of oxygen, other factors {light, radioactivity, etc.}
- Troubles of adaptation - limits of their facilities.
- Perspectives next studies of adaptation phenomenona.
