Syllabus (in Czech)

Základní pojmy: flóra, vegetace, rostlinné společenstvo, porost; jednotky hierarchické klasifikace vegetace.
Opadavé listnaté lesy: hlavní lesní dřeviny, jejich stanovištní nároky a konkurenční vztahy, dynamika přírodního lesa, využívání lesů člověkem, modifikace stanovištních poměrů stromovým patrem; bučiny, dubohabřiny, suťové lesy, lužní lesy, acidofilní doubravy, acidofilní bučiny, teplomilné doubravy, slatinné olšiny.
Jehličnaté lesy: smrčiny, boreokontinentální bory, perialpidské bory, kosodřevina. Alpínská vegetace: alpínská lesní hranice, anemo-orografické systémy; alpínské trávníky, vysokobylinné nivy, vegetace sněhových vyležisk.
Vegetace skalních stěn, nelesních sutí a primitivních půd.
Vodní vegetace, vegetace rákosin, vysokých ostřic a obnažených den.
Halofilní vegetace.
Rašeliniště: kalcitrofní, minerotrofní a přechodová rašeliniště, vrchoviště, vrchovištní bory, subalpínská rašeliniště, rašelinné louky.
Vegetace pramenišť.
Louky a pastviny: historie luční vegetace, stanoviště, dynamika, obhospodařování; hlavní typy vegetace luk a pastvin.
Smilkové trávníky a vřesoviště.
Suché trávníky: vztahy ke stepní vegetaci, stanoviště, hlavní typy suchých trávníků.
Synantropní vegetace: původ synantropní flóry, ekologie polních plevelů, hlavní typy synantropní vegetace.
