- Circuit elements and their charakteristics. PN junction, semiconductor diode. Field-effect transistor. Bipolar junction transistor. Small- signal amplifiers. Operational amplifier. Passive and active filters. Practical diode circuits. LC and RC oscillators. Transistor switches. Integrated circuit electronics.
