Course objectives
Seminars of English the goal of which is to prepare the postgraduates for English written and oral communication in molecular biology. Special emphasis is laid on the English terms used in molecular biology and genetics.
Syllabus
  • Professional English focused on the following practical exercises:1.Translation (in written form) of the definitions of professional terms from Czech into English, 2. Translation (in written form) from Czech into English and vice versa of the professional articles, 3. Oral explanation in English of the most important themes of molecular biology and genetics.

Semináře 2 hod. týdně v 1-6 semestru, zkouška v šestém semestru.
