- CĂlem pedmtu je seznĂĄmit studenty s terapiĂ lĂŠivy obsahujĂcĂmi antimikrobnĂ lĂĄtky. Pednåška zahrnuje nejprve teoretickĂĄ vĂchodiska zabĂvajĂcĂ se strukturou antimikrobnĂch lĂĄtek a podstatou mechanism Ăşinku na mikroorganismy, mechanism penosu rezistence z hlediska molekulĂĄrn biologickĂŠho a genetickĂŠho. NĂĄsledujĂ kapitoly tĂkajĂcĂ se laboratornĂ kontroly, kterou se stanovuje citlivost a rezistence na antimikrobnĂ lĂĄtky a to metodami kvalitativnĂmi a kvantitativnĂmi, kultivanĂmi i molekulĂĄrn biologickĂmi. Vpednåšce je obsažena klasifikace antibiotik podle pĂslušnosti do farmakologickĂch skupin, piemž u každĂŠ skupiny je charakterizovĂĄno spektrum psobenĂ, mechanismus Ăşinku, rezistence, kinetika, použitĂ-indikace,toxicita, kontraindikace a interakce. NĂĄhled na problematiku vkontextu klinickĂŠ praxe je podĂĄn vĂĄsti vnujĂcĂ se zĂĄsadĂĄm použitĂ antibiotik sohledem na infekce vkomunit a vnemocnici, na zvlĂĄdĂĄnĂ nozokomiĂĄlnĂch infekcĂ multirezistentnĂmi mikroorganismy, na danou problematiku ve sfĂŠe humĂĄnnĂ i veterinĂĄrnĂ. NedĂlnou souĂĄstĂ je takĂŠ vysvtlenĂ princip antibiotickĂŠ politiky vrĂĄmci R. NĂĄležitĂĄ pozornost je rovnž vnovĂĄna specifickĂŠ problematice použitĂ antimikrobnĂch lĂĄtek u thotnĂch žen, u novorozenc a u dtĂ a u rznĂch typ infekcĂ. AktuĂĄlnĂ stav a novĂŠ perspektivy oboru jsou podĂĄny vkapitolĂĄch zabĂvajĂcĂch se zkoušenĂm antimikrobnĂch lĂŠiv, registracĂ lĂŠiv vR a vĂvojem novĂch preparĂĄt. SouĂĄstĂ pednåšky jsou odkazy na aktuĂĄlnĂ zdroje informacĂ na internetovĂch strĂĄnkĂĄch, nejnovjšà literaturu voboru ve svt, pĂklady kasuistik infekcĂ, kterĂŠ je možno terapeuticky zvlĂĄdnout antibiotiky a takĂŠ pvodnĂ webovĂĄ strĂĄnka vnovanĂĄ tĂŠto problematice a obsahujĂcĂ odpednåšenou lĂĄtku.
