- Main objectives can be summarized as follows: to demonstrate conserved materials as well as live invertebrates and vertebrates; to learn their biology; to draw mounts and describe particular structures; to learn system of animals.

- 1. Introduction, unicellular Eukaryota, 2. Porifera, Cnidaria, Myxozoa, Kamptozoa, Gnathifera, 3. Platyhelminthes, Gastrotricha, Nemertea, Sipunculida, Annelida, 4. Mollusca - Gastropoda, Polyplacophora, Bivalvia, Scaphopoda, Cephalopoda, 5. Nematomorpha, Nematoda, Tardigrada, Onychophora, Chelicerata, 6. Myriapoda, Crustacea, introduction to Hexapoda, 7.Ectognatha, Echinodermata, 8. Primárně vodní obratlovci, morfologie, systém, determinační znaky, mihule a jeseteři, 9. "Nekaprovité" ryby, kaprovité ryby, 10. Obojživelníci, plazi, 11. Ptáci, morfologie, systém; vodní ptáci (potáplice, potápky, veslonozí, brodiví, vrubozobí, další skupiny "nepěvců", 12.
