- Course objectives
- Human anatomy in the scope of Faculty of Medicine. The classes are given at the Department of Anthropology, partly in the facilities of the Faculty of Medicine (with kind permission of the Head of the Department of Anatomy Prof. RNDr. Petr Dubový, CSc.). At the end of this course the students will have knowledge of the anatomy of the system of internal organs of man, adequate for anthropologists; the students will understand and will be able to explain the anatomical structure and function of the system of internal organs of the human body (splanchnology) and use this knowledge in anthropological studies and research; such proficiency is essential for a study in any area of the knowledge of man;

- Lectures. Anatomy for anthropologists is a three-semester course, in the second semester the evaluation is based on knowledge tested in practical classes during the semester.
