- Course objectives
- Students will be training in cell culture techniques, as are: basic manipulation with cell lines, induction and analysis of cell differentiation in vitro, analysis of cell proliferation and apoptosis in vitro. At the end of this course, students should be able to apply these techniques in practice.

- 1. Routine in tissue culture. 2. Solution and material for tissue culture. 3. Induction of differentiation of various cell lines. 4. Cell proliferation and apoptosis and their analysis. 5. Biochemical determination of cellular functions.
