Prerequisites
( Bi4010 Essential molecular biology || Bi4020 Molecular biology ) && Bi2080 General zoology && Bi1060 Plant cytology and anatomy
Advantage is the knowledge of the topics of the basic lectures from molecular biology and genetics. Onwards the spring semester 2011, there are necessary prerequisities allowing to register the course. These are having succesfully passed exam or being in parallel registered to following courses: "Bi4020 Molecular biology", "Bi1060 Cytology and anatomy of plants" and "Bi2080 General zoology".

Course objectives
At the end of the course, the student should understand the basic principles of development of selected model organisms, animals and plants.

  • 4. Organogenesis of vertebrates
  • 5. Main principles of plant development
  • 6. Morphogenesis
