- Course objectives
- Aim of the course is introduction of most important palaeolithic localities of the territory of South Moravia to the students by form of 5 one day excursions. At the end of the course will be students very good oriented in most important palaeolithic localities at our territory and will be able to interpret their siginificance for anthropology and will be able to interpert anthropological findings and the evidence of presence of humans at this sites.

- 1. Excursion to site Červený kopec.

- 3. Excursion to site cave Pekárna.
- 4. Excursion to site Dolní Věstonice and Pavlov.
- 5. Excursion to anthropological exhibition at pavilion Anthropos (Moravian museum).

- Terrain excursions.
- Assessment methods
- The credit is given for presece at all 5 excursions and for presentation of home work on given theme (themes of students presentations concerns visited localities - skeletal remains and archeological artefacts found there. The home work presentation are worked out by a groups of students). Home works are presented by the excursion at given site. The teaching is proceeded by the form of intensive course.
