Course objectives (in Czech)
Předmět Fluorescenční mikroskopie se věnuje části mikroskopických technik, které využívají principu fluorescence a jsou používány ve výuce i výzkumu zaměřeném na molekulární a buněčnou biologii. V tomto předmětu budou studenti seznámeni s principem fluorescence a funkcí fluorescenčního mikroskopu, dále zde bude podán přehled aplikací využívajících tohoto jevu. V praktické části předmětu budou studenti v laboratoři detekovat vhodnými metodami vybrané buněčné struktury a molekuly, které budou následně pozorovat a dokumentovat.
