- The course is offered to students of any study field.
- Course objectives
- This subject aims to prepare Ph.D. students for the role of leaders of research group in international conditions. It is focused on those activities related with supervising students and dealing the roles in team, team building, people typology, solving conflicts, crisis management, self-marketing. It also provides to students an awareness of their own competencies and qualifications and improving of time and self-management.
