- Během cvičení se posluchači seznámí se základními determinačními postupy pro jednotlivé typy pylových zrn a spor i pro hlavní typy makroskopických rostlinných zbytků, nalézaných v kvartérních sedimentech (semena, mechy, příp. dřeva).
- Syllabus (in Czech)
- Makroskopické rostlinné zbytky ke studiu:
- Vodní: Potamogeton, Nuphar, Batrachim.
- Bažinné: Carex gracilis, C. elata, C. diandra, Stellaria media, Bidens, Scutellaria galericulata, Sparganium, Galium, Alisma plantago-aquatica, Schoenoplectus lacustris, Calla palustris, Lycopus europaeus, Cicuta virosa, Oenanthe aquatica.
- Rašeliništní: Carex nigra (fusca), C. canescens, C. lasiocarpa, C. rostrata, C. panicea, Molinia, Eriophorum angustifolium, Rhynchospora alba, Comarum palustre, Menyanthes trifoliata, Viola palustris, Pedicularis palustris. Eriophorum vaginatum, Andromeda polifolia, Oxycoccus quadripetalus, Scheuchzeria palustris.
- Ostatní: Taraxacum, Filipendula ulmaria, Lychnis flos-cuculi, Cirsium palustre, Rumex, Polygonum lapathifolium, P. bistorta, Chenopodium, Ranunculus acris, Rubus, Potentilla erecta, Vaccinium, Lysimachia vulgaris.
- Dřeviny: Picea abies, Pinus sylvestris, Betula alba, Alnus glutinosa, Carpinus betulus, Sambucus racemosa, Taxus, Abies alba.
- Typy pylových zrn a spor ke studiu:
- Dřeviny: Pinus t. sylvestris, Picea abies, Larix europaea, Juniperus, Salix, Betula, Corylus, Alnus, Ulmus, Fraxinus, Tilia, Quercus, Acer, Carpinus, Fagus.
- Byliny a výtrusné: Ranunculaceae, Silenaceae, Poaceae a Poaceae-Cerealia, Artemisia, Calluna, Vaccinium, Carex, Asteraceae Liguliflorae a Tubuliflorae, Daucaceae, Viciaceae, Brassicaceae, Filipendula ulmaria, Nuphar, Geraniaceae, Plantago lanceolata, Urtica, Chenopodiaceae, Rumex t. acetosa, Polypodiaceae, Pteridium, Bryales, Sphagnum.
