Course objectives
Principal aim of the course is library research and training of students in literature review and in scientific writing according to standards given by a respective discipline. Students elaborate bachelor thesis under the control of supervisor from the department of animal physiology and immunology, or from other collaborating institutions. The thesis is commonly prepared as literature review, exceptionally with some small experimental part.

  • Subject implies individual elaboration of bachelor thesis according to guidance of supervisor and according to general principles reported in official web sites of the department.

  • Selection of items corresponding with the topic of bachelor thesis
  • Výběr literatury dle tématu bakalářské práce.
Teaching methods
Personal consultancy given by thesis supervisor, study of scientific literature, designing and elaboration of the thesis (individual student’s work).
Assessment methods
Activity of student during work on bachelor thesis is evaluated continuously throughout the whole course by the supervisor. Final evaluation is based on open defence of the thesis, with given referee or opponent.
