  • 1. The origin of Life System – basic characteristic of individual groups, phylogenetic ralations, stratigraphy and paleogeography, applications in geology 2. Procaryota, Fungi 3. Algobionta 4. Cormobionta 5. Protoctista (Protozoa), 6. Archeocyatha, Porifera, Coelenterata, Vermes 7. Arthropoda 8. Mollusca 9. Bryozoa, Brachiopoda, Echinodermata 10. Hemichordata, Chordata (Vertebrata) 11. Taphonomy and biostratinomy - origin and types of fossils, external and internal conditions of their preservation and destruction of fossils 12. Paleoecology – biotic and abiotic factors, relations among organisms, environmental adaptations,ecological sucsession 13. Paleobiogeography – origin and evolution of areals, biogeographical structure of Earth surface, principles and probabilities of climatic fluctuations, changes of organisms provincionality 14. Systematics, taxonomy, classification, nomenclature 15. Methods of paleontological research – field and laboratory ones 16. Evolution, evolution of ecosystems and biotic crises in the Earth history 17. Geological activities of organisms, rockbuilding fossils - principles of production of hard skelets, environmental changes caused by organisms, riff- building organisms; secondary accumulations of skeletal parts
