Předmět je určen především studentům fyziky se zaměřením na astronomii. U studentů je předpokládána znalost astronomie na úrovni bakalářského kursu.

Course objectives
Main objectives can be summarized as follows: to acquire integrated information view on evolution of astronomy; Students will be able to interpret basic ideas of historical evolution of astronomy as well as demonstrate the importance of astronomy for human society at the end of the course.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should interpret basic ideas of historical evolution of astronomy in particular themes with connections evolution of physics and mathematics.
