- Course objectives
- To gain a practical view and experience in the realization of eco-physiological measurements in the field, in the study of plants (autotrophs) as the basic elements of ecosystems.
- Learning outcomes
- Student will be able to:
- identify important / key elements of ecosystems with an emphasis on plant importance
- propose a way of characterizing abiotic environmental conditions
- describe the function and use of basic instrumentation when studying plants in their natural environment
- working in a team when studying plants in field conditions - Syllabus
- Understanding and training work with basic instrumentation used to characterize environmental conditions. Three days of excursion to the natural conditions of plants in the region of South Moravia and the use of instrumentation for the evaluation of plant physiological activity in situ.
