Course objectives
The course demonstrates a number of physiological principles mentioned in paralell lecture. Students do some basic experiments on themselves or animal material, some experiments are demonstrational. The main objective of the course is to obtain fundamental physiology laboratory skills.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course students should be able to: - show fundamental physiology laboratory skills. - demonstrate knowledge of laboratory work on living organisms including data collecting and their evaluation - recognise basic histological types of tissues and organs - formulate relevant conclusions - discuss physiological reasons of respective processes
