- At the end of this course, students should be able to: to fix the ability from optical mineralogy consultation of individual problems in this topic.

- Student will be able to: - apply optical microscopy of minerals and rocks in solving the topic of his bachelor thesis

- 1. The optics of basic rock-forming minerals, 2. The optics of special minerals, 3. Microscopy of rocks according to students´ requirements.
