- Course objectives
- The course aims to introduce students to the available grants at the national and international levels and the basic principles of project management.
- Learning outcomes
- Upon completion of the course, the student will be able to: - Identify the main project challenges in the subject area on the national and international level. - Design the technical and economic part of a selected grant - Orient themselves in the main project phases. - Communicate with grant sponsors.
- Syllabus
- - What is a project and how to manage it successfully - The main types of research projects and their suitability for the field - Principles and structure of a project application - Project economics and costing principles - Practical example of a project application
- Teaching methods
- Presentations and practical demonstrations using the Internet; preparation of the project proposal in the selected subsidy scheme.
- Assessment methods
- A project proposal and related discussions are the evaluation methods within this course.
