This is a basic course of geomorphology for students interested in geography, Earth and environmental sciences. This is in essnece a reading course. No special prerequisites are required.

Course objectives
The aim of the course is to explain the appearance, origin, evolution and age of Earth surface shape (landforms). Students should also become familiar with interaction of humans and geomorphological processes. The course is intended as basic introduction into the discipline ogf geomorphology.
Learning outcomes
After the finishing of the course student should be able to:
- explain the operation of individual geomorphological processes;
- recognize selected types of landforms;
- compile literature review and make analysis of selected geomorphological problem

1. Passing oral exam. I expect knowledge of geomorphology in the extent of "Assigned reading for the very beginners".
2. Writting an essay on one of assigned topics (see interactive syllabus below).
