E-courses

Welcome to the open course Introduction to Environmental Anthropology. We decided to develop this collaborative exercise for introducing the participants to some ongoing reflections and productions on the theme of “the environment” as part of our experiences, in anthropology and beyond. Throughout the sessions, we will describe the environment both as a physical landscape, a way of situating ourselves in the many worlds around us, and as a practical and symbolic expression, a way of experiencing our perceptions, feelings, actions and positions.
