Cancellation terms

The terms of cancellation of participation in a course are set out below.

1) The participation in a course may only be cancelled in writing (by an e-mail message sent to koordinator@cjv.muni.cz)
- withdrawal from contract earlier than 1 week before the commencement of instruction (no fee shall be charged)
- withdrawal from contract 1 week before the commencement of instruction (a cancellation fee in the amount of 10 % of the course price shall be charged)
- withdrawal from contract by the end of the second week after the commencement of instruction (a cancellation fee in the amount of 25 % of the course price shall be charged)
- withdrawal from contract after the second and the third week after the commencement of instruction (a cancellation fee in the amount of 75 % of the course price shall be charged)
- withdrawal from contract after the fourth week of instruction (a cancellation fee in the amount of 100 % of the course price shall be charged)

2) The Language Centre reserves the right to cancel a group with less than 6 students.

3) The Language Centre reserves the right to make modifications to a course (change in the person of the lecturer, different classroom, changes in the teaching/learning materials).

4) Students shall be promptly informed of any modification or cancellation of a course.

5) In case a course or its part is cancelled by the Language Centre, students shall be entitled to the full or proportional refund of the course fee.

6) The refunded amount shall be transferred to the account specified by the client within 14 days.
