The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The main goals of the educational process involve:
- the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness;
- the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress;
- the support of students healthy lifestyle.
The course is offered to the students who are interested to get theoretical and practical information concerning the blind football, in more intensive way.
Syllabus
  • The course participants will be introduced with an outside pitch and accomodation. Then they should practise following skills important especially for the blind sportsman:
  • 1. orientation in space,
  • 2. training of different kinds of movement and running,
  • 3. using of voice navigation to minimize collisions between two blind persons and to gain an idea about space and disposition of the play-ground,
  • 4. different controlling a ball - passing it, dribbling it, shooting
  • 5. introductory and training of general footballers' skills and abilities: standard and other situations' execution, tactics, defense and offense activity and its optimalisation, team cooperation between players and goal-keeper or another team's navigators
  • 6. discussion on the blind football rules and analysis of a concrete blind football match saved as a videofile
