Course objectives
Special Seminar - block B (PFSPSB)
The focus of this seminar is more general. It does not link directly with Corporate Finance and Financial Analysis and Plan. It will deal with selected issues and problems concerning financial management of a company.
At the end of this course students:
- will have acquired basic knowledge of financial management, financial decision making and financial targets of companies;
- should be able to understand investment decision making and long-term financing, risk involved in financial decision making, dividend policy, and financial analysis.
