Course objectives
Accounting of Communities II The course extends and deepens the knowledge gained in the course Accounting of Communities I. A community as a founder of various types of organisations (whether of profit or non-profit character) must keep track of handling the property in those organisations as well. Therefore the course s content focuses on the issue of accounting of organisations of the public and profit-making sector. The course allows to acquire knowledge of accounting, making it possible to understand: ? the differences between the individual charts of accounts and accounting procedures of organisations of the profit-making, and mainly non-profit-making sector, ? accounting of budgetary and allowance organisations, accounting of public utility companies and other non-profit organisations, ? accounting of small communities and planning units. The course is supplemented with software in the computer room. Examination: written and oral.
