- At the end of this course student will have basic knowledge about the project management and basic principles of IPMA. Thanks to the e-learning application, he or she will get experience in project planning and realization.
- Syllabus
- The main goal of this course is basic understanding of project management area. Initially, the basic principles of project management according to IPMA (International Project Management Association) are introduced. Afterwards, students will have to go through an e-learning application that simulates project management. First step of the application is to plan a house building project. After creating a plan, student will go through a realization part and will have to react to random events. Thanks to the application student will be able to apply basic principles of project management.

- Teaching methods
- Short theoretical introduction followed by an e-learning application.
- Assessment methods
- examination (evaluation depends on results from e-learning application). Any copying, recording or leaking tests, use of unauthorized tools, aids and communication devices, or other disruptions of objectivity of exams (credit tests) will be considered non-compliance with the conditions for course completion as well as a severe violation of the study rules. Consequently, the teacher will finish the exam (credit test) by awarding grade "F" in the Information System, and the Dean will initiate disciplinary proceedings that may result in study termination.
