- Teaching methods
- Short theoretical introduction with practical examples followed by an e-learning application and simulation game using SCRUM method.
- Assessment methods
- Exam. Evaluation depends on result of the completed tasks in the e-learning application. It is possible to add points from the written test (will take place during the last – fourth- lecture). The fulfillment of the task in the e-learning application at the minimum required level is mandatory. The test is not mandatory, but points are added to the overall score. To pass the course without writting the test, it is necessary to complete the task in the e-learning application at an above-average level.
Any copying, recording or leaking tests, use of unauthorized tools, aids and communication devices, or other disruptions of objectivity of exams (credit tests) will be considered non-compliance with the conditions for course completion as well as a severe violation of the study rules. Consequently, the teacher will finish the exam (credit test) by awarding grade "F" in the Information System, and the Dean will initiate disciplinary proceedings that may result in study termination. - Language of instruction

- The subject consists of four learning blocks. The introductory block will primarily have the form of a lecture that will introduce the basic principles of project management. In addition, it will include examples to test the methods described, as well as project experience. At the end, the advice on the task will be provided within the planning phase of the e-learning application.
The second block will have a significantly shorter part of the lecture and will be more focused on practical testing of some selected more complex project management methods. At the end, there will be presented advice on the implementation phase of the task related to the e-learning application.
The third block will deal with the interconnection of the content of the e-learning task with the presented content and theory of project management (reflection of acquired experience in relation to reality). In addition, information on project management certifications IPMA, PRINCE2, PMI and SCRUM (including personal experience from these certifications) will be discussed.
The last fourth block will be devoted to the evaluation of tasks related to the e-learning application and the ability to write an exam test, the points of which will be added to the points for the quality of the task in the e-learning application. If there will be enough candidates, there will also be the possibility to complete the Lego Scrum Agile simulation game.
