Learning outcomes
At the end of this course, students should be able to:
- understand the impact and importance of human resources for the organization
- be familiar with the main functions and stages of the process of human resource management
- understand specific procedures and techniques of human resources management
- acquire basic knowledge for practical application
- acquire an overview of current literary sources dealing with the discussed issues

  • Personální management navazuje na předmět Základy managementu a rozšiřuje znalosti v tématech souvisejících s personální prací.
  • 1. Úvod do personálního managementu a řízení lidských zdrojů 2. Získávání a výběr zaměstnanců
  • - Analýza pracovní pozice

  • - Metody výběru zaměstnanců
  • 3. Rozvoj zaměstnanců
  • - Onboarding nových zaměstnanců
  • - Plánování a hodnocení rozvoje zaměstnanců

  • 4. Organizační kultura
  • - Význam organizační kultury
  • - Organizační kultura v náboru a rozvoji zaměstnanců
  • - Vliv manažera na organizační kulturu
  • Na Základy managementu a Personální management dále navazuje volitelný předmět Komunikace v podniku, který se mj. věnuje komunikaci při personálním řízení (týmová komunikace, hodnotící rozhovory, zpětná vazba k práci apod.).
