Course objectives
Corporate Management Systems (SYRP) This course aims to introduce students to the basics of theory of systems and principles of its utilisation in the management of a company. The course has two interrelated parts. The introductory part looks at the basic concepts and methodological use of theory of systems for the complex representation of a firm as a whole, consisting of interdependent material, human and information processes. The second part develops the knowledge of microeconomics, human resources management and management and is also related to the subjects dealing with company organisation and management. The subject develops the ability to integrate knowledge gained in the above-mentioned subjects and, using informatics, relate them to the basics of operational analysis methods. The course results in principles of architecture used in company management information systems. Examination: written and oral.
