- Course objectives
- Public Policy and Administration in Regions (VPAS) European development of countries based on the "civic principle" is characterised by strengthening the role of regional autonomy against the state administration on one hand and municipal authorities on the other. Political situation of a number of political parties affects the mechanisms of political decision-making even on this level. Public administration then subsumes the issues of self-government and state administration in the region. It designs its own procedures, exploits specific tools and communicates with the general public. Credit requirements: active participation in seminars and submitting a case study. Examination: oral.
