Course objectives (in Czech)
Im Rahmen dieses Faches werden den Studierenden Basiskenntnisse in drei Bereichen der quantitativen / mathematischen Ökonomie vermittelt, und zwar: Theorie des Nutzens ( Verbrauchernachfrage), Theorie der Produktion ( Produktionsverhalten der Firma) und Theorie der Indexziffern. Die ersten beiden Themen werden als duales System der Grundbegriffe (direkte und indirekte Nutzungs-/Produktionsfunktion, Ausgaben-/Kostenfunktion, System der Nachfragefunktionen) und Beziehungen (Roys Identität, Shephards Lemma, Sluckýs Gleichung) behandelt. Die Erkenntnisse moderner Theorie der Indexziffern werden vor allem in den Bereichen der optimalen Inflationserfassung (CPI) sowie der Analyse mathematischer Konstrukte der in Praxis geläufigen Börsenindices angewendet. Am Rande erwähnt werden enige weitere bzw. angrenzende Bereiche und Probleme ( Problem der Aggregate, Optimalisierung bei Einschränkungen, Merkmale der Teorie optimaler Führung).
