- Course objectives
- The Diploma Seminar is an opportunity for students to become familiar with how to approach their diploma work as the processing of professional work. They will learn how to elaborate a thesis using a project they prepare. In the ninth semester, they become familiar with how to formulate the objectives of their thesis and choose the appropriate methods, as part of the seminars PHDISA and diploma seminars PHDISA for combined follow-up study,
Moreover, they will learn to read quickly and correctly, and to process information sources. They will also get familiar with how methodically properly prepare, implement and evaluate the empirical investigation, and to formulate recommendations resulting from them. In the tenth semester in PHDISA seminars and workshops diploma PHDISA for the combined follow-up study, students gain further knowledge of the fundaments of professional-style text.
They will learn how to choose the correct strategy and tactics of writing a scientific text while observing the principles of publishing ethics. During the seminars, students also become familiar with the principles of good presentation at the thesis defence, with a view to broader application in practice. - Syllabus
- 1. seminar of KH DISA OPENING INFORMATIVE LECTURE 2.-13. seminars of PHDISA Individual presentation of projects of the diploma papers and methodic discussion about them (all other seminars) Concurrently with other seminars SELF STUDY OF RECOMMEDED LITERATURE concerning each theme presented at the opening lecture I - time schedule of self study is set individually by each student ELABORATION OF PROJECTS OF DIPLOMA PAPERS and preparation for their presentation during the seminars (meeting)

- - Elaboration of the diploma work project, preparation to present the diploma work in one of the seminars
- presentation of the diploma work project
- presentation accepted by tutor (assessed as methodologically correct and usable for diploma work elaboration)
- if the presentation is accepted by the tutor, the student succeeds in fulfilling a necessary condition to terminate this course and is given credits.. - Language of instruction
