In the introductory part of the course phylogeny and ontogenesis of humans are explained, leading to psychosomatic treatise on selected issues of the human individuality. The lectures strart with the concept of a man as a natural and social being and proceed to the interpretation of internal and external image of the personality, problems of human perception and behaviour. Human internal world is analyzed in terms of behaviour motivation, personality dynamics, biological balance of power and possibilities of man. The personality-focused schedule of topics proceeds to evolutionary changes of personality, methods of psychological congnition and the matter of categorization and recognition of mental disorders.
