Course objectives
The aim of the course is to introduce to the French administrative system, its history and current trends of administrative reform, and explain role of individual types of public authorities and introduce the system of French administrative law.
Learning outcomes
By passing the course students will
- understand French administrative system and role of its individual components
- be aware of current trends and issues of administrative reform in France
- understand the Frech system of administrative law.
