Course objectives
Lectures are devoted to those students who are interested in application of basic principles of quantum mechanics in quantum information processing. In these lectures I will analyze a quantum theory of measurements and basic principles of quantum state reconstruction from incomplete data (MaxEnt principle and quantum inference). Further I will present general principles for manipulations with quantum information.
