Metody hodnocení
The examination consists of two parts: a written test and an oral examination. To be able to sit for the oral part of the exam, you need to reach a minimum of 60% in the test.
The written test is based on upper intermediate grammar and IT vocabulary and consists of the following parts: a cloze test, key word transformations, word formations, multiple choice and explanation of IT vocabulary based on the materials recommended. To prepare for the task types of the written part of the exam, we recommend using any FCE-focused practice materials.
The oral examination is a presentation on an IT-related topic and a discussion, and also includes translating phrases/grammar and IT vocab focused sentences from Czech into English.
The level of the exam is at B2 of the Common European Framework (Upper Intermediate).
