Course objectives (in Czech)
Předmět představuje vývoj v oblasti "service science", jako nové multidisciplinární oblasti vědy a výzkumu, a tím nastiňuje možnosti, které dává systematičtější přístup v oblasti inovací IT služeb. Předmět je zaměřen na postupy a řešení uplatňovaná především v oboru poskytování služeb IT. Získané znalosti umožní posluchačům orientovat se v pojmech a postupech užívaných při poskytování IT služeb. Úspěšný absolvent bude schopen správně reagovat na požadavky a úkoly kladené při poskytování služeb v oblasti IT.
