Cíle předmětu
New business functions and processes enabled by digital technologies during passed fifteen years completely reshaped private enterprises areound the globe and here in Czech republic as well. Public services in contrast are still executed predominantly in very traditional bureaucratic way. Thanks to this course students will understand specifics of digitalization in public services, difficulties of effective ICT governance in state environment , lifecycle of complex information systems in public services and ways how this situation is changed since introduction of Smart Administration policy few years ago.
