Syllabus
  • Several fundamentally new approaches to information processing have been recently intensively analysed and worked out. Their common characteristics is that they try to get more deeply into the very basic information procesing phenomena of physical, biological and other worlds. The term "natural computing" is being used for the whole variety of such approaches. The aim of the lecture is:
  • To present and analyse main of the successfully developed models, especially from the informatics point of view, such as quantum computing, molecular computing,....
  • To encourage participants of the lecture, with a deeper interest in such new interesting and hopefully powerful directions, to get more into such subjects and to participate on the presentation of very recent results.
